In 2004, she got a job at Cyclo, and four years later she became a co-owner. As a child of a Danish-Norwegian marriage, she speaks two Scandinavian languages.
The staff consists of Eva and Silvia. Hov – two Spaniards? But Eva and Silvia, who are trained as executive secretaries and speak fluent English, are in fact chosen on the basis of the same philosophy that you communicate best with your own in terms of language and mentality.
